4D in terms of dimensions in general (width, height, length, age).
So, it depends on what you asking. Still...
Time will be second dimension for 1D space.
Time will be third dimension for 2D space.
Time will be fourth dimension for 3D space.
Time will be fifth dimension for 4D space.
Get it ? Time will be n+1'th dimension for nD space.
...But it will never be a spatial dimension. Just because.
